This all started when a common issue sparked a simple solution. Founders, Jim Leonard and Art Martinez, had been smoking meat for years. Ribs are their specialty, but the membrane lining the underside of the rack always seemed to slow them down, make a mess, and create unnecessary paper towel waste. One day they decided enough was enough. Almost three years later, they created our patented, flagship product - the RibStick.
